Patsy Rae Dawson (Amarillo) award-winning author has taught marriage
classes and worked with both men and women since 1970. Her extensive
biblical and secular research for Marriage-A Taste of Heaven series makes
it the most comprehensive material available. The most common remark she
hears from Vol I, God's People Appreciate Marriage is "I'm falling in love all
over again." Vol. II, God's People Make the Best Lovers, surprises readers
with the great wealth of teaching from the Bible. After publishing these two
volumes, Patsy began to receive requests for help with severe problems
that didn't respond to usual marriage classes. Her resulting study and
going through training at two women's shelters led to a cassette album of
classes entitled Challenges in Marriage: How Sin Inhibits Love and What To
Do About It. Currently she is putting this in book form. Recently two
chapters won first place at the Houston Inspirational Writers Alive! Contest.

Saturday Evening Post. I raised a large family and take frequent trips to see

Pamela French (Guymon OK) I am a country to city transplant now living in
Guymon, OK, with a husband, Rick, two children, and two grandchildren. I
worked for the Guymon Daily Herald for a while and was published daily in
that paper. I am currently enrolled in our local Oklahoma Panhandle State
University as a full time student taking an Art Major. I hope to also increase
my writing knowledge while in college with a possible Minor in English (yet
to be decided). I am also a member of the Word Weaver Writers Club of
Guymon, OK and work on my writing as often as school allows. My current
writing includes two children's fiction stories, some exercises we do in our
writers club and some I learned at a recent writer's workshop in Taos, NM
given by Deborah Elliot-Upton. Periodically I write some for other people,
bios, feature articles, etc. for various reasons. Fiction, non-fiction,
children's fiction and feature writing are my main focuses. My passion is
the written word, beginning first with the Word of God.

Gladys Fries (Amarillo) -I originally majored in journalism in college and
