Ernesto Guzman (Amarillo) Currently I have no writing credits. However, I
have started a crime story which I am hoping will be long enough for a
novel. I plan to write mostly crime fiction in the future. I am currently
writing a few short stories about some childhood experiences, some
funny, some religious and inspirational. Within the next year I will start
writing about my re-discovery of my Catholic faith, or my "Re-Version" as I
call it.

awards in local, state and national contests. He serves on the board of the
Friends of the OK Center for the Book, on the Executive Committee of the
OK Writers Federation, and is Past President of OK City Writers.

safety education in the classroom and in the community. My fiction was

list so have mercy on this beginner.

Betty Brown Johnson (Canyon TX) - Texas born and educated, is a retired
teacher, joined Panhandle Pen Women (now PPW) in 1984. Wrote columns
on word usage for the newsletter and published article in The California
Horse Review. While doing volunteer work in the library compiled and
edited "Attic Dust," weekly stories for Ama Daily News Regional Notebook.
Book credits are dad's biography and my autobiography. Recent writings
are a chuckwagon cookbook review and a story "Peg-Legs and Pig-Eye" in
Saddle Baron.
Teddy Jones (Friona TX) 30 years as nurse, Nursing School Dean, past ten
years as nurse practitioner, over 25 publications on nursing, including
award winning textbook on nursing management. Monthly health column
in the Farmer Stockman. Working on a novel, reside in Friona and Ruidoso.
